Marignan, a leading player in new real estate development, approached us to evolve their visual identity, seeking a refreshed look that reflects both their modern vision and their core values of innovation and reliability. The redesigned logo preserves the essence of their original mark while introducing a dynamic and flexible system built around the letter "M". Composed of modular blocks, the new "M" adapts seamlessly across all formats - print, digital, and spacial. These blocks can shift in scale, contain imagery or bold color fields, and even be used independently, bringing a playful, “under construction” feel that echoes the brand’s real estate roots. The color palette, featuring a luminous green and a confident blue, conveys a sense of bold modernity and reflects Marignan’s focus on building the future. The system is versatile, structured yet creative, allowing the brand to stay consistent while offering a wide range of visual expressions across all touchpoints.
