Marignan, a leading player in new real estate development, approached us to evolve their visual identity—seeking a refreshed look that reflects both their modern vision and their core values of innovation and reliability. The redesigned logo preserves the essence of their original mark while introducing a dynamic and flexible system built around the letter "M". Composed of modular blocks, the new "M" adapts seamlessly across all formats—print, digital, and environmental. These blocks can shift in scale, contain imagery or bold color fields, and even be used independently, bringing a playful, “under construction” feel that echoes the brand’s real estate roots. The color palette, featuring a luminous green and a confident blue, conveys a sense of bold modernity and reflects Marignan’s focus on building the future. The system is versatile, structured yet creative—allowing the brand to stay consistent while offering a wide range of visual expressions across all touchpoints.
